Xplore! Science Discovery Centre is very pleased to offer you an after-school science club! Our sessions are designed to cater for all ages and abilities within a primary school, with activities to engage, excite and inspire the next generation of scientists!
Our new model allows parents/carers to book the club directly with Xplore! through our online booking system, removing the hassle of schools needing to collect payment and manage attendance. For clubs running for 6-weeks or more, we will even run a free assembly in your school to help promote the club!
Xplore! after-school science clubs run on a day of your choice, for an hour after your school’s finish time, from 4 to 10 weeks. We will work with you to select suitable dates and create a letter for you to send out to parents/carers with details of how to sign children up for the club through our easy-to-use online booking platform. Activities are suitable for all primary school ages, although clubs can be restricted to particular year groups, and are available for delivery in English, Welsh or bilingually.
Our standard package is £10 per child per week, with a discount for clubs running for 8 or more weeks. We can work with your school to offer subsidised places for children from low socioeconomic households. Plus, children will make something to take away every week.
